MBA Opportunities in Operations & Supply Chain
MBA grads find the challenge they crave at Gallo. As the world’s largest family-owned winery, we market our products in more than 90 countries around the world, competing in an exciting, demanding and fast-growing market. That means we’re constantly innovating, growing…and the ideal place for someone ready to hit the ground running.
As part of our Operations & Supply Chain organization, you’ll use your strategic vision and project management to offer critical leadership in roles such as:
- Senior Business Analyst or Project Manager
- You’ll manage a broad range of projects—like process reengineering, systems or technology improvements or change management—that interact across functions, business divisions and in different areas of the supply chain. We’ll expect you to identify opportunity areas, champion and sell your project to management, develop courses of action, refine solutions cross-functionally and lead implementation.
- Supply Manager
- You’ll lead an integrated team of planners in the management of finished goods inventory levels across our foreign and domestic sites, determining optimum replenishment intervals and quantities. You’ll also use your technical savvy to determine statistical safety stock levels to maximize the probability of order fulfillment.
- Operations Manager
- You’ll develop and lead a cross-shift warehouse team of 40-80 employees as they receive, store and/or ship products to our customers around the world. We’ll rely on you to develop and execute business and budget plans that deliver expected business results in the areas of safety, quality, service and cost.
You’ll work with some of the most innovative technologies and processes in the industry—and in one of the most extensive and complex wine producing operations in the world. If you’re looking for a place where your ideas can help make things happen, you can find it at Gallo.
