Customer Service
The consumer’s experience is the key to the success of E. & J. Gallo Winery. Our goal is to provide consumers with wines they can easily choose and enjoy no matter where they are purchasing or what the occasion.
Customer Service is critical to maintaining a positive consumer experience. This team develops and maintains strong relationships between the Winery and its customers - distributors, retailers and restaurateurs - who, in turn, deliver our wines to consumers.
A career in Customer Service involves tracking and responding to every step in the sales process, from processing customer orders to responding to consumer inquiries.
