Statement regarding the sale of Hickinbotham Vineyard.

The recent purchase of Hickinbotham Vineyard at Clarendon in Australia will not change our company's relationship with Clarendon Hills Winery which is owned by Roman Bratasiuk. He established this winery in 1990 and he plans to continue making wine from the Hickinbotham Vineyard. The partnership between Roman and the E. & J. Gallo Winery will carry on and we will continue to distribute Clarendon Hills wines throughout the United States.
