Vecchia Romagna

French Distiller John Bouton founded Vecchia Romagna in 1820 in Bologna because of the terroirs resemblance and similarities to those of Charente – the land of cognac. It is double distilled in small copper pot stills in the same fashion as Cognac and aged in a combination of French and Slovenian oak in a blend of small and large casks. Today, it’s the #1 brandy in Italy.
